Cancellation & Refunds

Resygo, operated by Manajaga Private Limited, aims to provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund policies for both customers and hosts. Please review the following terms before making or cancelling a booking.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation:
    Customers can cancel their farmhouse booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date.

  • Late Cancellations:
    If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the check-in date:

    • A refund will only be issued if the canceled dates are successfully rebooked by another guest.

    • If the dates are not rebooked, no refund will be issued.

1.2 Host Cancellations

  • If a host cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen reasons:

    • The customer will receive a full refund.

    • The host may assist in finding alternative accommodation, if possible.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Late Cancellations

  • If the booking is rebooked after a late cancellation:

    • The customer will receive a full refund minus any applicable service/processing fee (e.g., Rs. X).

  • If the canceled dates are not rebooked, no refund will be processed.

2.2 Standard Refunds

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to check-in qualify for a 100% refund.

  • Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


3. Special Circumstances

3.1 Force Majeure Events

  • In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, or other force majeure events:

    • Either party (customer or host) may cancel the booking.

    • A full refund will be issued regardless of rebooking status.

    • Neither party will be liable for additional damages or losses.


4. Cancellation and Refund Requests

4.1 How to Cancel

Customers can cancel by:

  • Logging into the Resygo app or website and accessing the Bookings section.

Please include your Booking ID and reason for cancellation.

4.2 Rebooking and Refund Status

  • If your refund depends on rebooking, we will notify you within 48 hours of a successful rebooking whether a refund will be processed.
