Resygo connects users with hosts who list farmhouses for short-term bookings. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the conduct, availability, or quality of services provided by hosts or users.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• All payments are processed securely through our platform.

• Cancellation and refund policies are detailed separately. Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy page for full information before making a booking.

• Users are expected to honor the terms of their reservations. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions.

• Hosts must ensure their property listings are accurate and available as described.

• Hosts are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, safety standards, and hospitality norms.

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is:

• Offensive, defamatory, or obscene

• Illegal or in violation of any applicable law

• Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights

Resygo reserves the right to remove such content and suspend or terminate accounts involved in such violations.

Manajaga Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Resygo platform or any booking made through it.

We may update these terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with a sole arbitrator appointed by Resygo (Manajaga Private Limited). Arbitration proceedings shall be held in Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana.
